Wet spray scrubbers / spray dryers

1.-Description: Consists on the production of a high powder dispersion from a flow by evaporation of the solvent, which is achieved by mixing a heated gas with a liquid sprayed in a high surface/mass ratio, ideally of the same size inside a tank which causes the solvent to evaporate uniformly and quickly through direct contact.

2.- Ranges of design: According to the concentration and the properties of each pollutant, the range is chosen according to the particle size and is directly linked to the efficiency.

3.- Applications: This method has become the most ideal in the following areas: pharmaceuticals, amalgams of mineralized tissues, beverages, seasonings, colorings and plant extracts, dairy products and eggs, plastics, polymers, resins, soaps, detergents, fabrics and many others.
