Droplets eliminators

1.-Description: In the separation or removal of drops, a mechanical separation of liquids and gases is made. These devices protect equipment from downstreams and from processing systems, this without limiting the process yield, and introducing a vital level of control capacity before each subsequent stage in the process.

2. Ranges of design: there are two general types of eliminators

     a) Mesh

     b) Pallets

3. Applications: There is a wide range of applications in many systems, such as scrub absorbents, evaporators, steam drums, ideal for washing crossflow and counterflow towers, for dusty environments and polluted waters, places where winter or low temperature cause water to freeze.

4. Benefits:

     a) The wide availability of materials and styles offers a unique solution for each application.

     b) Use of materials resistant to corrosion such as PVC, polypropylene and stainless steel for longer life.

     c) Easy to install in all processing equipment.

     d) The most cost-effective solution when equipment sizes are set by other requirements.

     e) High efficiency with little loss of pressure.
